Privacy Policy
Our website doesn’t ask for your personal details. We collect only what we need to help you, and we never sell it.
Who we are
ATG Laundromats Pty Ltd (ABN 13 623 793 886) runs Hampton Park Laundromat at Shop 6, 41–43 Kirkwood Cres, Hampton Park VIC 3976. Contact us on 0451 352 224 or at atglaundromats@gmail.com. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.
What we collect
- When you call, message or email us: your name, phone number and the details you give us, for example about a machine problem or a refund.
- In the shop: security cameras (CCTV) record the shop 24 hours a day, for safety and to help resolve problems with machines.
How our website handles your information
- Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers.
- We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as which parts are viewed and how people find us. It uses cookies and collects details like your device, browser, approximate location and the pages you visit, but not your name or contact details. You can opt out with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
- The map on our home page is embedded from Google Maps. When it loads, your browser connects to Google, which may set cookies and collect details such as your IP address, under Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Links to Google Maps and Facebook take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
- Apart from any cookies Google Maps sets, we don’t use advertising cookies. If that changes, we’ll update this policy first.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and sort out problems, including refunds
- To keep the shop safe
- To understand how our website is used, so we can improve it
- To meet our legal and tax obligations
Who we share it with
We share information only with services that help us run the business, and only as needed:
- Google Analytics and Google Maps
- Google, which provides our email (Gmail)
- Our website host
Some of these providers store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We use providers with established security and privacy practices.
Keeping it safe
We protect information with secure, password-protected accounts and two-factor authentication where available. We keep it only as long as we need it, including for tax records.
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you by calling 0451 352 224 or emailing atglaundromats@gmail.com. We’ll reply within 30 days.
If you have a privacy concern, contact us first. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes
We’ll update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
